Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 / year (plus uncapped earning potential/commission)

What You'll Do:
- Help customers find the right flooring solutions in-store, by phone, or email
- Build lasting relationships with clients and vendors
- Create quotes, orders, and invoices using ERP software
- Manage customer payments and handle transactions
- Stay organized and maintain a clean, welcoming showroom
- Grow your product knowledge and become the expert your customers trust
What We're Looking For:
- Great communication skills; friendly, clear, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic math
- Sales or flooring experience is a plus but we’re happy to train the right person
- Positive attitude, problem-solver, and a team player
